For more than 40 years, The Winchester Bed Company has sold handmade, handcrafted products designed to suit the specific and exacting needs of their clients. In order to guide their online customers through the plethora of available options, Juice created an interactive customer journey matching users with bed and mattress products according to their selected preferences.
A key focus of this project was creating an intuitive, accessible shopping experience for a more mature demographic. Every detail – from layout and navigation to typography and contrast – was carefully considered to ensure ease of use, clarity, and confidence while browsing. The result is a refined online presence that reflects the brand’s quality and customer care.
